My favorite recipe for Rice Pilaf.
I must make this recipe once a week. It’s fantastic!

I made a frittata for the first time this past weekend. It turned out great! I always thought a frittata would taste just like an omelet, but it’s really not even close. Definately worth a try.

I haven’t made this recipe in a while. I think it’s about time to break it out again.
While I’m thinking about it though, I typed it up and posted it in the soups and salad section.

I added a quick and simple salsa recipe that I really enjoy to the “side dishes” section.
Enjoy!

The idea to make this soup came from a television show, however the recipe is 100% original.
I think it’s one of the best soups I’ve ever created.

My dad likes to fish, but he doesn’t like to eat them. So whenever he goes fishing I get fresh-caught trout… can’t complain much about that deal.
I’ve added my oven-steamed fish recipe, which is definitely my favorite way to cook trout (and it works great with other light colored fin-fish) to the Main Dishes section.

This is a soup that I must have made dozens of times, and every time it ends up just a bit different because I often switch up the ingredients. It’s one of my favorite “healthy” things to cook.
It’s also great for cold winter days, like we’re getting here right now.
Also about the best pasta salad recipe I’ve ever had. (Thanks to my father-in-law for this one)
You can find my Vegetable Beef Soup, and also a wonderful Pasta Salad recipe, in the Soups and Salads menu.
